Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality games with a hands-on therapy called PNF can improve arm movement and reduce tremors in people with Parkinson's disease. 28 participants aged 50-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will be assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if these therapies help the brain and muscles work together better for everyday tasks.
