Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can make pelvic floor exercises more effective for women with stress urinary incontinence after childbirth. Fifty women, aged 22-35 and 3-6 months after vaginal delivery, will be randomly assigned to VR-assisted training or standard exercises. The goal is to strengthen pelvic muscles and reduce leakage.
