Summary
This study tested whether watching nature scenes through virtual reality (VR) can improve mood and reduce anxiety in older adults aged 60-90. Thirty participants used VR to experience natural environments, and researchers measured changes in mood, depression, and anxiety. The goal was to see if VR could help seniors who have trouble getting outside due to physical or financial limits.
