First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) exercises can help people who had a stroke within the last three months improve arm and hand function and promote brain healing. Forty adults aged 50–65 will use a VR system to practice arm movements. Researchers will measure changes in arm ability and brain activity patterns. The goal is to see if VR can boost recovery beyond standard therapy.
