Summary
This study tested whether using virtual reality during botulinum toxin injections could lower stress in people with muscle stiffness from conditions like stroke or multiple sclerosis. 42 adults received injections while either using VR or not. Researchers measured stress through heart rate and asked about pain. The goal was to see if VR makes the procedure more comfortable.
