First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether watching calming 360-degree videos through virtual reality goggles can improve sleep quality and comfort for older adults (60+) staying in the hospital. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either watch the videos for 20 minutes each night or receive usual care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can help seniors sleep better and feel more at ease during their hospital stay.
