Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) manage their symptoms. Thirty adults with OCD will first wait five weeks, then receive five VR therapy sessions over five weeks. Researchers will measure changes in OCD severity, anxiety, and depression to see if VR exposure therapy is effective.
