Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) meditation can reduce the impact of fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition. About 40 adults with fibromyalgia will try both an active VR meditation program and a sham (fake) VR version, comparing how each affects their symptoms. The goal is to see if VR offers a new, drug-free way to manage fibromyalgia.
