Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset can reduce pain and anxiety when chest tubes are removed after open-heart surgery. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to either watch a VR video during the procedure or receive standard care. Pain and anxiety levels will be measured before, right after, and 20 minutes after tube removal.
