Summary
This study tests whether watching nature-themed videos through virtual reality glasses can reduce anxiety and distress in pregnant women hospitalized with premature rupture of membranes. 176 women will either receive standard care or watch calming nature videos twice a day for three days. Researchers will measure changes in fetal health anxiety, prenatal distress, and mother-baby bonding.
