Summary
This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) during recovery helps women regain abdominal muscle strength after a cesarean section. Eighty women aged 25 to 35 who had a C-section participated. The VR was designed to create a relaxing, engaging environment to reduce stress and improve healing. Researchers measured muscle strength and checked for separation of the abdominal muscles.
