VR glasses aim to ease fibromyalgia pain during exercise
NCT ID NCT06948500
Summary
This study is testing whether adding immersive virtual reality (VR) to a standard exercise program can better help people with fibromyalgia. 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either do exercises with a VR headset that alters what they see or do the same exercises without VR. The main goal is to see if the VR-enhanced exercise reduces how much fibromyalgia interferes with daily life, pain, fatigue, and other symptoms compared to exercise alone.
