NCT ID NCT07013357
Summary
This study is testing a virtual group program designed to help US adults work together on personal wellbeing goals, build social connections, get more involved in their communities, and reduce feelings of anxiety. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either join facilitator-led online sessions or self-run discussion groups. The research aims to see if this structured online approach can effectively improve these aspects of life.
