First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 3-month online nutrition program, including food delivery and cooking demonstrations, can improve diet and reduce loneliness in older veterans who have trouble walking. About 180 veterans aged 65 and older with slow walking speed or who use a walker or cane will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps them eat healthier and feel more connected to others.
