Mindfulness app may ease burnout for Shift-Working nurses

Summary

This study tests whether using a mobile app or virtual reality for short mindfulness and breathing sessions can lower stress, burnout, and improve sleep and thinking in nurses who work rotating shifts. About 300 nurses will practice 10 minutes a day, 5 times a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to find a simple, accessible way to support their mental health.
