Summary

This study tested a new way to treat childhood obesity by replacing some in-person doctor visits with video telehealth sessions. Ten families with children ages 9-13 participated. The program used health coaches to provide real-time counseling and skill-building at home. The goal was to see if families would join, stay, and be satisfied with the program.
