Summary

This study will test whether watching virtual reality forest scenes can help patients feel better before and after weight-loss surgery. Researchers will measure if this relaxing experience reduces pain, anxiety, fear, and stress hormones in 70 patients. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach can improve recovery and sleep quality.
