Summary
This study is testing two different online therapy programs to help veterans with binge eating disorder or bulimia. It compares therapist-led video sessions with a self-guided program to see which works better at reducing binge eating episodes. The goal is to make effective treatment more accessible to veterans and other underrepresented groups through telehealth technology.
