Summary

This study is testing whether virtual education and support can help adults with type 1 diabetes better manage their condition. Participants will receive frequent, brief video check-ins with diabetes educators and access to online resources, alongside their regular clinic visits. The goal is to see if this more convenient approach improves blood sugar control over six months compared to standard care.
