Summary
This study tests whether a virtual program with short video visits and online education can help adults with type 1 diabetes improve their blood sugar levels. Participants will have frequent, brief check-ins with diabetes educators from home, plus access to online classes and tools. The goal is to make diabetes management easier and more effective without requiring many in-person visits.
