Summary
This study is testing a new way to train home care workers who are new to caring for people with dementia. It compares an 8-week interactive virtual training program against traditional group discussions to see which better improves workers' knowledge, communication skills, and empathy. The goal is to find more effective training methods to help caregivers manage challenging behaviors and communicate better with dementia patients.
