Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual program led by a chiropractor is a practical way to help people after a spine fracture caused by osteoporosis. The program focuses on pain management, safe movement, exercise, and nutrition through weekly video sessions. The main goal is to see if people are willing to join, complete the program, and follow the exercise plans.
