Summary
This study tests an online program that teaches women at high or very high risk of breast cancer how to lower their risk through healthy lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. About 1,500 women aged 40-74 who already took part in a larger breast cancer screening study will be invited to join. The goal is to see if women find the program helpful and stick with it.
