Summary

This study tests whether specially trained immune cells from a healthy donor can safely treat viral infections in people whose immune systems are weak, such as after a stem cell transplant. The cells are grown in a lab and then given to the patient. The main goals are to see if the cells can be made successfully and if they cause serious side effects like graft-versus-host disease.
