Needle test seeks hidden viruses in cancer patients

NCT ID NCT07325682

Summary

This study is testing a new, non-invasive method to detect persistent viruses in people with cervical cancer. Researchers will use a special device to measure tiny electrical signals at acupuncture points on the skin, looking for patterns linked to viruses like HPV and COVID-19. The goal is to see if this method can reliably identify patients whose cancer might be influenced by long-term viral infections.
