Early safety check: how a new drug interacts with common meds
NCT ID NCT07158398
Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how an investigational drug called vimseltinib might affect the body's processing of other medications. Researchers gave vimseltinib and a common cholesterol drug (rosuvastatin) to 20 healthy male volunteers to measure their interaction. The main goal was to check for safety and see how the drugs' levels in the blood changed when taken together.
