Can a video replace your physical therapist? knee surgery study tests At-Home recovery
NCT ID NCT07358325
Summary
This study aims to see if watching educational videos and following an exercise program at home is just as good as receiving in-person instructions for patients recovering from knee surgery. Researchers will measure patients' confidence in managing pain, their fear of movement, and their knee function. The goal is to determine if a convenient video-based approach can support recovery as effectively as traditional face-to-face guidance.
