Summary
This study will compare two different ways doctors can see what they're doing when giving a special lung medicine to very premature babies who are struggling to breathe. One method uses a video camera on the tool, while the other uses direct vision. Researchers want to see which method is more successful on the first try and causes fewer problems for the baby during the procedure.
