Can video calls heal trauma? new study tests remote therapy for PTSD

Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if a 16-week trauma therapy program delivered by video call is practical and acceptable for adults with PTSD or complex PTSD in Chile. It will enroll 13 participants from local mental health services to test the process and gather feedback. The main goal is to check if this remote therapy approach can work well before planning a larger trial, while also measuring changes in symptoms, anxiety, and depression.
