Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy for trauma can be delivered effectively via video calls. It aims to see if this 16-week program is practical and acceptable for 13 adults in Chile diagnosed with PTSD or complex PTSD. The main goal is to gather information to plan a larger future trial, while also checking if the therapy helps reduce symptoms.
