Summary

This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy for trauma, called trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, can be done effectively over video calls for adults with PTSD or complex PTSD. Researchers will enroll 13 people from community mental health services and hospitals in Chile to see if the approach is practical and well-liked. The goal is to reduce symptoms like anxiety and depression and improve emotional well-being.
