Can watching videos help kids with cerebral palsy move better?

NCT ID NCT07247331

Summary

This study tested whether a therapy where children watch videos of movements and then try to copy them could help improve symptoms of cerebral palsy. It involved 36 children, aged 5 to 13, with spastic diplegic or hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Researchers compared standard physical therapy to therapy that included watching and practicing movements from videos, either at home with parents or with a therapist, over 6 weeks.
