Summary
This study looks at whether a teaching method where students watch videos before class (flipped learning) can lower anxiety and improve episiotomy skills in 60 midwifery students. One group gets the video-supported approach, the other gets traditional teaching. Researchers will measure anxiety and skill levels before and after training to see which method works better.
