NCT ID NCT07454733

First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving people with ALS and their caregivers video recordings of their clinic visits helps them feel better and remember important information. About 800 participants (400 patient-caregiver pairs) from eight U.S. sites will take part. Half will get standard written notes after each visit, and the other half will also receive video recordings to watch at home. The goal is to see if videos improve quality of life over 12 months.
