Can a video series help women regain bladder control?

Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-week educational video program can help reduce symptoms of urinary incontinence in women before they start physical therapy. Researchers will compare the video program to a standard paper information packet to see which is more effective. The goal is to see if better education upfront can improve outcomes for women dealing with bladder leakage.
