Can cartoons help heal hearts? study tests video lessons for better eating
NCT ID NCT07305272
Summary
This study tested whether teaching heart failure patients about healthy eating through animated videos could help them eat better, feel better, and improve their quality of life. Researchers worked with 70 patients, giving half of them the video lessons while the other half received standard care. They checked in over six months to see if the video group showed improvements in their diet, symptoms, and daily life.
