Summary
This study is testing whether adding video game exercises to standard physical therapy helps stroke survivors with paralysis more than adding traditional balance exercises. Researchers are comparing two groups of about 30 people to see which approach better improves walking, balance, daily activities, and quality of life. Both groups receive standard therapy, with one group also using the Nintendo Switch Ring Fit Adventure game for exercise.
