Can playing video games help seniors stay steady and confident?

NCT ID NCT07433608

Summary

This study is testing whether a special video game program can help improve balance, hand-eye coordination, and self-confidence in healthy adults aged 60 and older. Researchers will compare a group that plays the games twice a week for six weeks to a group that does not. The goal is to see if this fun, game-based approach can help older adults feel more capable and reduce their risk of falls.
