Summary

This study aims to see if using video games for exercise training can help people with interstitial lung disease (ILD) breathe better and improve their ability to exercise. It will compare a video game-based rehab program to standard physical therapy in 42 participants. The goal is to find a more engaging way to help patients stick with their exercise routines and manage their symptoms.
