Can video games help seniors stay independent?
NCT ID NCT07423260
Summary
This study is testing whether a video game-based exercise program can help older adults with mild memory problems move better, feel more confident, and live more independently. Researchers will compare the video game program to standard physical therapy in 38 residents of long-term care facilities. The goal is to see if this fun, interactive approach is a safe and useful way to improve daily life for this population.
