Video games aim to boost independence in seniors
NCT ID NCT07423260
Summary
This study is testing whether a video game-based exercise program can help older adults in long-term care who have mild memory problems. Researchers want to see if playing these special movement games improves walking, balance, confidence, and the ability to do daily tasks independently. They will compare the video game program to standard one-on-one physical therapy to see which is more helpful and cost-effective.
