Nintendo switch games prescribed as mental health therapy
NCT ID NCT07387757
Summary
This small pilot study will test whether using Nintendo Switch active video games (exergames) in physical therapy can help adults with mental health conditions. Twelve participants will either play exergames twice weekly for four weeks or continue their usual routine. Researchers want to see if the game-based approach improves quality of life, increases motivation to exercise, and helps people stick with treatment.
