First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested whether intensive video game-based therapy can improve motor skills and daily living activities in children with cerebral palsy. Sixteen children aged 4-18 with mild to moderate motor challenges were randomly assigned to either video game therapy or standard bimanual activity therapy. Both groups did 28 sessions over two weeks. The goal was to see if the fun, game-based approach could be an effective and time-efficient option for rehabilitation.
