Summary

This study aims to see if physical therapy using interactive video games (exergaming) is more effective and engaging than traditional physical therapy for children with cerebral palsy. It will compare three approaches: games with special biofeedback, games alone, and standard therapy. The goal is to improve movement, balance, and motivation in 90 children aged 6-12.
