Summary
This study aims to see if physical therapy using interactive video games (exergaming) is more effective and engaging than traditional physical therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Researchers will compare three approaches: video games with real-time muscle feedback, video games alone, and standard physical therapy. The goal is to improve motor function, balance, and motivation in 90 children aged 6-12.
