Summary

This study looks at whether a special video-based game program can help adults aged 60 and older improve their balance, thinking skills, and self-confidence. Thirty-two participants will either play the games twice a week for six weeks or receive no extra activity. Researchers will compare results between the two groups to see if the games make a difference.
