First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether a specially designed video game could help adults aged 45 and older stay healthy and active as they age. Over 500 people in Spain were randomly assigned to play the game or read online information about aging. Researchers measured their health and well-being before, right after, and at 3, 6, and 12 months later to see if the game made a difference.
