Home video workouts show promise for ALS patients

Summary
This study tests whether a video-based home exercise program can improve body control and daily activities in people with ALS. Twenty adults with ALS will follow the program 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle strength, body awareness, and quality of life before and after the program.
