Summary
This study is testing whether a series of short, interactive educational videos can help adults with type 2 diabetes manage their condition better. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the video program or continue with their standard care. The goal is to see if the videos improve blood sugar control, daily self-care habits, and confidence in managing the disease.
