Summary

This study looks at whether watching short videos with coping strategies can help people feel less pain and distress after surgery for abdominal cancer. About 95 adults will be assigned to one of three video-based approaches, including mindfulness or other support methods. Participants will watch videos before and after surgery and fill out questionnaires over six months. The goal is to see if these videos are practical and which type works best.
